1937 – 2023
Connie Lee Timothy Francis, age 86 passed away on November 19, 2023 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was born June 27, 1937 in Roosevelt, Utah to Ollen Theora Weeks and Earl Madison Timothy.
She married Harvey S Francis. Connie worked in Banking for many years. She built radios for one
company and fiberglass tanks for others. Mom was the whole neighborhoods mom. Every kid
called her mom. She was kind to every person she met and to know her was to love her. Her
homemade bread was awesome! She made hats for Cancer Patients, Kids and Grandkids. We will
see you on the dark side of the moon.
Survived by her children: Wendy, Wade, Eldon and Charles. Preceded in death by her husband
and son Robert.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring, when its warmer.

I remember Connie very well. She was my next door ain Rose Park. She was such a “Special” lady inside and out l remember when Harvey and Connie got married. They both were so happy. She will be truly beautiful missed. Deanne Barkdull Fletcher
